In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, the Charity shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the data protection commissioner.

Currently Neri Clinics does not process any newsletter or have a subscriber list. We do not hold onto a specific email list of persons who are targeted for marketing, fundraising, advertising or any communication.
In general individual persons will not be contacted by Neri Clinics requesting any data or fundraising unless that person is known personally by a member of Neri Clinics in which case it will be the known member who will make contact.
